Security Specialist (Transportation Security)

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma, United States; on-site role

Salary: $35.49–$44.37 per hour

What you will do

• Lead district-level security programs protecting people, assets, and brand integrity.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop strategic security plans for assigned locations.
• Respond to urgent security matters and investigate workplace violence, breaches, losses, fraud, and integrity concerns.
• Coordinate investigations and compliance efforts with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, security plans, and program metrics.
• Conduct on-site customer visits and train business partners on security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation, supply chain loss prevention, loss analytics, or a related field.
• At least three years of related professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft-based computer programs and the ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Valid driver’s license required for operating a company vehicle.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial environment and maintain constant alertness; travel may be required.
