Digital Technologies Internship/Co-op

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; work from the Toronto headquarters

Starting pay: $5,170 CAD per month

What you will do

• Use data, technology, and innovation to deliver measurable business value.
• Lead or support projects addressing supply chain challenges and business digitization.
• Apply business analytics to improve brand-building experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, interns, and senior leaders to remove roadblocks.
• Lead fast-cycle projects for the Canadian business through the Innovation North program.
• Work autonomously and in teams while developing technical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with planned graduation in mid-to-late 2028.
• Relevant backgrounds may include engineering, computer science, mathematics, business, or another discipline.
• Maximum of three years of prior full-time experience, excluding internships and co-op terms.
• Must be able to start on May 3, 2027, from Toronto, Ontario; domestic relocation benefits may apply.
• Must be available to start a full-time role within 12 months after the internship ends if the internship is successful.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
