TL;DR
Intern - Finance (FP&A/Financial Analysis): Supporting financial planning, revenue and expense analysis, operating plan reviews, and closing follow-up reporting with an accent on P&L dynamics, forecasting, and financial data analysis. Focus on preparing review files, tracking performance, managing reclassifications and accruals, and automating ad hoc financial reports.

What you will do
- Support financial planning and analysis for the Vertical Retail P&L.
- Review and analyze the second round of the operating plan.
- Prepare weekly trackers, Andean presentations, LATAM reviews, and RMM Tool updates.
- Review and submit MEC check files, including reclasses, COOP accruals, and back-office intercompany items.
- Support revenue forecasting, projections, and ad hoc file automation.
- Deliver a regionally important project while developing organizational, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- University approval to complete the 2027-1 internship program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
