Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid with up to 50% remote work

What you will do

• Support month-end and quarter-end closing, including accruals, journal entries, and financial master data maintenance in SAP and TM1.
• Manage personnel cost controlling, including bonus and incentive accruals and true-up processes.
• Prepare balance sheet accrual, prepayment, and reserve analyses, along with monthly account reconciliations.
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, spend monitoring, commitments tracking, and commentary for Controllers and Finance Business Partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
• Identify opportunities to centralize, automate, simplify, and transition finance processes as part of global transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in a Hub, GBS, or shared services environment.
• Proven experience in financial operations and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience; TM1 knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong partnership-building, analytical, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• English at strong B2 level or above.
