Healthcare Customer Support Agent – Native French

What you will do

• Recruit doctors for healthcare market research studies and invite them to join the healthcare professional panel.
• Conduct follow-up calls with panelists to encourage regular participation and questionnaire completion.
• Build trusted relationships with doctors and support engagement across the assigned participant pool.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date healthcare professional information.
• Handle participant queries, documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasional text translations.

Requirements

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English required for training, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional telephone and email communication skills.
• Analytical skills and the ability to manage participant information accurately.
