Pricing Administrator (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States

Hourly pay: $23.80–$28.00

What you will do

• Create, update, and maintain price lists and pricing strategies for the Acute Care Technology business.
• Load executed pricing agreements into Oracle, SAP, and associated pricing tools.
• Maintain the master price file, update price lists, and republish price books.
• Manage pricing strategies for local subsidiaries and coordinate customer alignment with Global Contracts.
• Resolve pricing inquiries and discrepancies for customer service and order management teams.
• Improve pricing data quality, reporting outputs, system workflows, accuracy, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management.
• 3+ years of relevant experience, including extensive experience in pricing operations or related functions.
• Required proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, systems, and data workflows.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex tasks, and handle non-routine issues accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle or SAP.
• Experience with Oracle pricing strategies.
