Senior Director, Marketing & Communications

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

A 360-degree full-service creative studio working across strategy, creative development, branding, experiential, web design and development, campaigns, content creation, production, and execution.

What you will do

• Oversee marketing strategies, public relations campaigns, internal communications, and the agency’s public presence.
• Manage media relations and develop connections with trade, fashion, influencer, and community audiences.
• Pitch the studio to the press, create press releases with client PR teams, and support award submissions.
• Develop go-to-market, communications, thought leadership, and editorial calendar strategies.
• Manage brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the website while tracking engagement and applying data-driven insights.
• Partner with strategy, brand, and events teams to connect business goals with events, intellectual property, and related outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Experience managing digital content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Established relationships with media contacts.
