Senior Marketing Manager, U.S. Marketing

What you will do

• Execute priority U.S. marketing initiatives across campaigns, executive communications, thought leadership, partnerships, events, internal communications, and digital marketing.
• Translate strategic direction into workplans, timelines, deliverables, and project schedules.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, follow up with stakeholders, identify risks, and remove blockers.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, newsletters, internal announcements, Town Halls, and leadership updates.
• Support website maintenance, social media publishing, CRM campaigns, reporting, and other digital marketing activities.
• Prepare dashboards and marketing updates while improving documentation, templates, and repeatable processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing, communications, or integrated marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, written, verbal, and editorial communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work proactively, and independently move projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns, events, executive communications, or thought leadership initiatives.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms, website content management systems, and social media publishing tools.
