Location: New York metro area, with in-office work 2 days a week

Salary: $81,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide strategic counsel and serve as the day-to-day lead for PR clients and brand managers.
• Lead account teams, weekly client calls, deliverables, and relationships with agency partners.
• Develop earned media, influencer, social, and integrated marketing strategies and activations.
• Design workplans, oversee brand activations, manage pivots, and solve project issues.
• Create and track budgets, manage profitability, and set goals with media and analytics teams.
• Coach direct reports, set performance standards, lead brainstorms, and support new business pitches.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of account experience on the agency side.
• Strong foundation in traditional and digital public relations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and communications.
• Experience managing a team of 3–4 direct reports.
• Strong interpersonal, client counseling, team motivation, and coaching skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with or strong interest in CPG campaigns, especially spirits or alcoholic beverages.
• Experience in consumer marketing, large integrated programming, and influencer marketing.
• Awareness of cultural and industry trends.
