What you will do

• Design and configure workflow automations for sales support, customer onboarding, and consulting.
• Translate business requirements into efficient technical workflows and system solutions.
• Implement small-scale automation solutions using scripts, logic-based tasks, and tools such as Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand technical needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal automation strategies and scalable system configurations.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field such as Business Informatics, Information Systems, or Business Engineering.
• Solid understanding of programming logic and confidence working with code; full-time developer skills are not required.
• Ability to implement small-scale automation tasks supporting customer-related processes.
• Practical experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms and software configuration.
• Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English is required.
