Manager, Content Marketing (SEO/AEO, Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead organic discoverability strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer experiences.
• Develop SEO and AEO programs covering keyword research, content opportunity analysis, on-page optimization, and content refreshes.
• Build and maintain a prioritized content roadmap aligned with search demand, campaigns, product launches, and business priorities.
• Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Content, Web, Digital, Marketing Operations, and Analytics teams to connect organic performance with demand generation and pipeline.
• Write SEO/AEO briefs and guide writers, agencies, and freelancers in creating authoritative, discoverable content.
• Monitor and report on organic performance, recommend improvements, and manage SEO agencies and external partners where needed.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in SEO and organic content marketing, including significant experience in a B2B or technology environment.
• Hands-on experience managing technical, on-page, and off-page SEO with measurable improvements in organic visibility and traffic.
• Strong understanding of how content supports demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Fluency with SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Strong analytical, written communication, process management, and stakeholder guidance skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, research, or workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise IT content.
• Familiarity with structured data and schema markup implementation.
• Hands-on AEO experience or familiarity with emerging AEO practices.
• Experience working with distributed or international content teams.
