E&I Foreman (Oil & Gas)

Location: Ruwais - Ghayathi - Arada Rd, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite role

What you will do

• Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation works and the site workforce.
• Execute and monitor installation of cables, cable trays, glands, terminations, lighting, earthing, panels, junction boxes, instruments, tubing, and supports.
• Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, loop checking, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with construction engineering, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, housekeeping, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment availability.
• Coordinate inspections, report site progress and issues, and close punch-list items.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as an E&I Foreman in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, EPC, or industrial projects.
• Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in electrical engineering, instrumentation, or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of E&I installation and construction practices, including electrical and instrumentation drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, hook-ups, and loop diagrams.
• Knowledge of PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA, HSE requirements, safe work practices, and ADNOC Life Saving Rules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and manpower coordination skills.
• Onsite work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• ADNOC or UAE/GCC project experience and ADNOC project approval, where applicable.
• Experience in brownfield or live-plant environments.
• Experience with major EPC contractors and knowledge of ADNOC construction and HSE requirements.
