hirify.global provides pharmaceutical state licensing software and services for manufacturers, wholesale distributors, logistics companies, and pharmacies, including AI-powered compliance research and licensing management tools.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a pod of 2–3 Project Managers and 2–3 Application Specialists.
  • Oversee licensing portfolios for approximately 50–70 clients, including initial applications, changes of events, and non-renewal licensing activity.
  • Act as a senior client contact for escalations, complex licensing matters, relationship management, and issue resolution.
  • Perform first-pass quality reviews of licensing applications for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor application turnaround times, deficiency rates, client satisfaction, and QA accuracy, reporting risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and QA leadership on resource planning, process improvements, and standardized best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of state licensing project management experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, cannabis, or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Experience managing complex client portfolios with multiple concurrent licensing activities.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing requirements, application processes, and licensing board interactions.
  • Experience reviewing and quality-checking licensing applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior client relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and licensing or project management software platforms.

Nice to have

  • Team lead, senior, or mentorship experience guiding junior staff.
  • Familiarity with QA review processes or compliance documentation standards.
  • Experience working in a pod, squad, or cross-functional team structure.
