What you will do

• Speak with customers interested in selling their vehicles through the website.
• Guide customers from initial enquiry through to sale while providing a strong customer experience.
• Build rapport and negotiate deals that work for both customers and the business.
• Carry out HPI and DVLA checks to verify vehicle information and finance status.
• Check invoicing details and process payments accurately.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and business targets.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and negotiate confidently.
• Positive, motivated, and results-driven attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and confidence using different systems.
• Sales experience is important, alongside enthusiasm and determination to succeed.
