TL;DR
Renewals Agent (Insurance): Reviewing and renewing motor insurance policies, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and resolving renewal queries with an accent on compliant sales, accurate policy data, and customer service. Focus on analysing renewal invitations, updating client records, selling added-value products, and meeting sales and KPI targets.
Location: Formby, Liverpool, UK; hybrid working options are available. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 09:00–17:30, with one Saturday shift every three weeks from 09:00–12:30.
Salary: £26,938–£28,609 per annum, plus up to £2,000 performance-related bonus.

What you will do
- Review allocated renewal invitation lists and invite customers to renew policies compliantly.
- Check policy data accuracy and update client records.
- Review a fair analysis of the insurance market.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer renewal queries.
- Renew and auto-renew motor policies in compliance with requirements.
- Sell added-value products compliantly while working toward targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong IT, data entry, administration, organisation, numeracy, literacy, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate clearly, prioritise workload, solve problems independently, and work to targets.
- Applicants must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; visa sponsorship is not available.
