IPOST Clinical Community Analyst

Location: Remote from Poland; Warsaw or Gdansk

What you will do

• Manage investigator portals from study start-up through close-out and archiving.
• Develop site engagement and communication strategies with study teams.
• Create, maintain, and publish portal content, including news, communications, surveys, forms, dashboards, and study resources.
• Coordinate portal launches and ongoing activities with study teams and external vendors.
• Manage portal users, support stakeholders, and resolve portal-related issues.
• Monitor engagement and contribute to training, process improvements, documentation, and technology projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical trials or clinical research.
• Hands-on experience with investigator portals or similar clinical technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and study conduct.
• Excellent organizational, project coordination, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work in global cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global or multi-regional clinical trials.
• Experience working with study teams, investigators, sites, or clinical technology vendors.
• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or user support.
• Knowledge of site engagement strategies and change management principles.
• Additional language skills.
