What you will do

• Design and implement solutions that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, network security reviews, and security product evaluations.
• Evaluate customer systems and recommend security improvements, technologies, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain business impact analyses, system categorization, contingency plans, privacy documents, and other security documentation.
• Conduct security testing and audit log reviews to assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
• Collaborate technically with developers, engineers, and managers on system teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Physical Science, or another technology-related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RMF and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Knowledge of federal information system security policy, security control assessments, POA&M management, system authorizations, configuration management, and system analysis.
• Experience with JCAM and NIST Special Publications SP 800-53, SP 800-137, SP 800-171, and SP 800-37.
• Understanding of FISMA and IT audit requirements, networking concepts, risk management, cybersecurity threats, privacy, and federal regulations.
