Corporate Category Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing activities supporting United Parks & Resorts Food & Beverage.
• Build relationships with business units and act as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Develop and implement sourcing projects, contracts, communication plans, and category strategies.
• Analyze spend, supply markets, total cost of ownership, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct structured negotiations and support supplier selection, procurement compliance, and contract utilization.
• Maintain article master records and pricing data across systems while reporting critical purchasing issues to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or another quantitative discipline preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience strategically sourcing goods and services.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement processes, contract terms, and business practices.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• Ability to work with stakeholders, vendors, team members, and senior management at all levels.

Nice to have

• Professional supply chain certification such as CPSM, CSM, C.P.M., SCSP, or CPIM.
• Experience with eSourcing systems such as Zycus or Ariba.
