Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator - People Experience

What you will do

• Research external developments, analyze diversity data trends, and support strategic planning across Diversity and Inclusion and Social Impact.
• Help plan and deliver training programmes and events for employees and external partners.
• Create content for internal and external communications channels.
• Support employee resource groups with bi-monthly meetings, planning, and budgeting.
• Provide administrative support, including minute taking and invoice processing.
• Coordinate with the global D&I team and handle enquiries from employees, resource groups, and external providers.

Requirements

• Good understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices and barriers faced by underrepresented groups.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and maintain strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, build reports, and present findings.
• High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with a measured, rational approach to problem solving.
