What you will do

• Evaluate existing and emerging technologies against business and project requirements.
• Address technology selection issues involving capacity, response time, data interfacing, and client-server communication.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Provide consulting, presentations, and documentation to share technical expertise.
• Lead complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and ambiguous issues.
• Guide staff and promote collaboration, communication, and employee participation.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of application or infrastructure systems architecture and experience with multiple system technologies.
• Knowledge of several high-level programming languages and Assembler language.
• Strong consultative, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required at the time of application and throughout employment.
