Lifting Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

Location: Ruwais–Ghayathi–Arada Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; on-site role

What you will do

• Oversee on-site lifting operations in line with company policies, local laws, international standards, and ADNOC requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement safety controls, and monitor compliance during lifting activities.
• Inspect and coordinate the maintenance of cranes, hoists, slings, and other lifting equipment.
• Lead riggers, crane operators, and lifting personnel, providing guidance on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Develop, review, and implement lift plans covering load weights, equipment requirements, and rigging configurations.
• Coordinate with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders; manage documentation, reporting, and incident investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience on Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience working inside ADNOC facilities with exposure to the PTW system.
• ADNOC-approved Lifting Supervisor certification is an advantage.
• Ability to manage lifting documentation, including inspection records, permits, and licenses.
