Syndicated Loan Operations Specialist

hirify.global operates a syndicated loan operations function supporting agent and investor portfolios.

What you will do

• Process end-to-end syndicated loan transactions, including closings, advances, payments, fees, wires, rate resets, rollovers, notifications, and reconciliations.
• Review loan structures and documentation for operational soundness, KYC, OFAC, beneficial ownership, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, investor banks, agent banks, and outside counsel on loan closings, funding, and booking.
• Maintain accurate pro-rata share information, electronic documentation, account records, and reconciliations.
• Process complex investor transactions, including letters of credit, foreign exchange, and swaps, within established procedures and timelines.
• Support, train, and assist junior team members while contributing to peer collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of job-related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Intermediate-level MS Excel skills and proficiency with personal computers and job-related software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with high attention to detail and multitask in a fast-paced, manual environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
