Consumer Direct Loan Specialist

Location: Onsite at hirify.global offices in Gateway, Columbus, OH; Akron Operations Center, Akron, OH; Detroit Tower, Detroit, MI; Flint West, Flint, MI; Bloomfield Hills, MI; or Covington Main, Covington, KY.

What you will do

• Drive consumer lending origination and expand existing customer relationships through proactive outbound phone sales.
• Use multiple lead sources to introduce and originate hirify.global products and services.
• Identify customer needs, explain financial solution benefits, and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide qualified referrals to specialized partners, including Insurance and Mortgage teams.
• Complete accurate and compliant loan applications while managing sales pipelines and tracking progress.
• Maintain product, system, technology, and regulatory knowledge while meeting quality, risk, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous financial sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to achieve an average of 80 or more daily contact attempts through the lead management system.
• Registration and additional qualifications are required for the Mortgage Loan Originator and Loan Originator responsibilities under applicable regulations.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

Nice to have

• 3 or more years of financial phone sales experience in consumer lending, mortgage, business banking, or related financial fields.
• Bachelor's degree.
