Analyst ERP

What you will do

• Analyze, document, and prioritize functional requirements for Colleague California Regulatory releases.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with the product roadmap.
• Develop and execute manual and automated functional tests at system and feature levels.
• Build and maintain Playwright automation suites and manage test plans, cases, and results in SpiraPlan or similar tools.
• Lead release validation, review designs, validate sprint deliverables, document defects, and confirm requirements before deployment.
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting support and collaborate with product management, development, QA, UX, DevOps, support, and documentation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in ERP analysis, testing, or product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and test management tools such as SpiraPlan.
• Knowledge of agile software development, sprint delivery, QA automation, regression testing, change control, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
