Summer 2027 Personal Lines Sales Business Analyst Intern

What you will do

• Support agency and producer incentive programs, including administration and evaluation of the hirify.global Rewards program.
• Help design and implement producer engagement, recognition, sales contest, and rewards initiatives.
• Evaluate agency and producer performance against business objectives and program expectations.
• Analyze business results and develop return-on-investment insights for compensation, incentive, and engagement programs.
• Partner with Territory Managers and sales, distribution, marketing, and business stakeholders on growth initiatives and strategic projects.
• Conduct research, analyze survey feedback, and prepare presentations, summaries, and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, agency management, incentives, or business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
