About the Role

You will operate production, testing, and development services while maintaining availability, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support. You will help design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure across cloud services, networking, and storage, and deploy solutions into existing production environments.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating services
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices
• Experience with several of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell
• Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes
• Experience with release management and product lifecycle management
• Some experience with SQL database manipulation
• Software development experience preferably in Go, Java, or Python
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn
• Strong focus on targets
• Team and results orientation

Responsibilities

• Keep production services available and efficient
• Support production, testing, and development environments
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call operations
• Design and manage large-scale infrastructure systems
• Deploy and operate solutions in existing production environments
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
