Project Manager - Europe (Localization)

Location: Kirchberg, Luxembourg

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple translation and localization projects from start to finish.
• Analyze requirements, prepare files with CAT tools, and provide cost estimates and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with clients, Team Leads, Account Executives, Quality Managers, Desktop Publishing, and contract linguists.
• Negotiate linguist rates and deadlines while troubleshooting issues, delays, and project risks.
• Perform final quality checks, issue quality scores, deliver completed projects, and complete billing within 24 hours.
• Investigate client complaints and recommend process improvements to prevent recurring issues.

• Ability to multitask and execute multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.
• Satisfactory results on company tests.
