SAP Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA): Leading full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across cross-functional teams with an accent on delivery ownership, project planning, KPI tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on managing complex transformation projects, resolving risks and dependencies, and driving timely delivery across customers, SAP teams, implementation teams, and third-party partners.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid working model

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Own project delivery, milestones, commitments, and realistic project plans.
- Track KPIs, metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate daily execution, remove blockers, and maintain progress against agreed plans.
- Collaborate with customers, internal implementation and SAP teams, and third-party partners.
- Prepare status reports and project updates for sponsors and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects involving integrated application landscapes.
- Experience managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and modern project delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Structured, proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management.
- Experience delivering SAP projects in the Energy & Utilities sector, including SAP IS-U.
