Advisory Solutions Consultant (Identity Security)

Location: Remote from Poland; permanent residence in Poland required. Expected travel of 10–15% within Eastern Europe.

What you will do

• Support Eastern European sales regions across enterprise accounts and collaborate with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions with business and technical needs.
• Present product capabilities, business value, and competitive differentiators.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations.
• Coordinate RFP responses with the RFP response team and provide product enhancement feedback to Product Management.
• Build technical collateral, speak at regional or national events, and communicate strategic business value to stakeholders outside IT.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English required.
• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales technical resource in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and customer discovery expertise.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, directories, and modern SaaS architecture.
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate enterprise solutions aligned with business outcomes.
• Preferred: 3+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions; a BA/BS or equivalent and 8 years of related experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with IT audit functions and regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, and CCPA.
