Architect, Identity Security

What you will do

• Architect identity security for workforce, privileged, machine, customer, and partner identities.
• Design authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, IGA, federation, conditional access, and identity threat detection controls.
• Develop secure authenticator recovery and service-desk anti-social-engineering controls.
• Engineer and prototype integration patterns across HRIS, directories, identity providers, SIEM, and UEBA platforms.
• Define role and entitlement models, identity analytics, governance processes, and architecture review cadence.
• Collaborate independently with HR, IT service management, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on identity and access management.
• Experience designing identity-security architecture, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle, role and entitlement modeling, access certification, and Segregation of Duties.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Experience designing and governing identity controls with HR, IT service management, infrastructure, and application teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity threat detection and response, identity analytics or UEBA, and non-human or machine identity governance.
• CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-300, or a relevant IAM platform certification.
