What you will do

• Support buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements for healthcare transaction advisory clients.
• Manage multiple consulting engagement tasks, including financial modeling and client presentations.
• Perform quality of earnings, financial trend, working capital, financial statement, benchmark, and business plan analyses.
• Prepare reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Collaborate with transaction advisory specialists, BRG experts, other firms, and client contacts.
• Identify purchase price adjustment issues and potential deal structuring insights while supporting marketing and practice development.

Requirements

• Expected graduation between December 2026 and July 2027, with progression toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, written communication, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize changing demands, and work with senior management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must provide verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
