Pre-Assembly Operator (Mechanical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform mechanical pre-assembly tasks including bending, cutting, drilling, and fitting materials.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
• Assemble and adjust gears, chains, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical components.
• Operate manual and power tools safely according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and production colleagues to support on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience assembling or maintaining mechanical systems in an industrial environment.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and mechanical documentation.
• Good knowledge of mechanical components and industrial equipment assembly techniques.
• Responsible and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to quality workmanship, safe working practices, and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, MIG/TIG welding, or SAP user activities.
