What you will do

• Perform industrial electrical assembly, wiring, and cabling for custom-built automation and process equipment.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to quality standards and industry best practices.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation for accurate machine assembly.
• Install, connect, and verify sensors, control devices, cables, and identification systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver reliable solutions on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial electrical assembly, installation, or maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of industrial cabling, electrical components, and wiring practices aligned with international standards.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
• Collaborative and curious mindset with a willingness to develop technical skills and learn from multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with electrical control panels, SAP or ERP systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or MIG/TIG welding.
