Consolidation Accountant/Controller Trainee

What you will do

• Support the monthly preparation and validation of consolidated financial statements.
• Supervise intercompany account reconciliation and produce detailed analyses of selected accounts.
• Control and validate minority interests, group management fees, and group royalties.
• Track investments against the group legal structure and follow up on intercompany and external debt interest calculations and reporting.
• Prepare additional financial statement notes and the monthly reporting package.
• Contribute to projects including capital expenditure reconciliation and lease accounting.

Requirements

• Business School or Accounting degree at BAC+4 level or higher.
• Good accounting skills and a basic understanding of consolidation principles.
• High-standard written and spoken English.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Organized, rigorous, and able to communicate effectively.
• Initial experience in financial reporting, auditing, consolidation, or a similar financial environment.
