Service Training & Customer Education Programs Manager – EMEA

Location: Fully remote within the EMEA region; occasional presence at Beckman Coulter facilities and travel may be required for training programs, workshops, team meetings, and strategic planning.

Gross annual salary: €56,000–€83,000.

What you will do

• Design and lead service training and customer education programs across the EMEA region.
• Develop scalable learning strategies, curricula, and learning pathways for technical and professional capabilities.
• Drive digital, blended, and on-demand learning solutions.
• Align training and education programs with business priorities, customer needs, and service objectives.
• Coordinate delivery through internal and external partners, trainers, and subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Learning & Development, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Customer Education, Service Enablement, or a related function.
• Experience designing and managing training programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.
• Certification in Learning & Development, Change Management, or Project Management.
