Salary: $53,000–$132,600 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage recurring client deliverables, including mapping files, cost files, raw data validation, and quality control documentation.
• Perform second-pass quality control, validate deliverables, investigate anomalies, and resolve data and reporting issues.
• Analyze paid media and measurement performance data and translate complex datasets into client insights and narratives.
• Build client relationships, support day-to-day requests, and train clients to use reporting tools and measurement outputs.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Sales, Product, Delivery, Data Management, and other internal teams.
• Mentor Account Coordinators and contribute to workflow improvements, onboarding, and process education.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with paid media, including digital, TV, audio, search, or social.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Experience managing quality control, data validation, and client deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
