Post-Production Editor (Video & Photo)

Location: Remote from select countries across Latin America; working hours align to U.S. Central Time, 8:45 AM–4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Edit short-form vertical content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, as well as long-form brand videos.
• Create captions, lower thirds, titles, simple motion graphics, sound design, audio mixes, music selections, voiceover sync, and color grades.
• Cull, sequence, color-correct, and retouch photography, including skin, product, blemish, and distraction removal.
• Maintain client presets, export recipes, naming conventions, folder structures, and organized media assets.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy Leads and Content Producers, implement revision feedback, and flag technical or coverage issues before deadlines.
• Track editing work and time in Asana while meeting communication and delivery standards across multiple clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Demonstrated photo editing and retouching ability, with a portfolio or reel showing both video and photo work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Lightroom; working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Strong knowledge of platform-native short-form video conventions, including conventions for U.S. audiences.
• Professional written and spoken English at a fluent level is required for daily live meetings and client feedback.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence and be eligible for hiring in a supported Latin American country.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with a U.S. or North American team.
• Paid social and performance creative editing experience.
• Motion graphics and template-building experience in After Effects.
• DaVinci Resolve color experience or familiarity with formal DAM and archive systems.
• Experience with Asana or comparable project management software.

Hiring process
