Location: Hoboken, New Jersey, United States; home office

Annual salary: $108,000–$216,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a centralized source of truth for resources across international markets using standardized classification frameworks.
• Develop recurring efficiency ratios and resource analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Create business cases and size-of-prize analyses for major investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Integrate resource planning into annual operating plan and long-range planning cycles.
• Lead plan-to-actuals tracking, scenario modeling, and post-investment business case validation with Finance.
• Prepare executive review materials that translate workforce data into clear strategic narratives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate strategy, retail merchandising, operations management, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus SQL or equivalent analytics tools.
• Experience developing business cases and size-of-prize analyses for major investment decisions.
• Ability to work with role taxonomies, compensation bands, and capability mapping.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence across Finance, People, International Markets, and Sam’s Club Connect.
