Customer Sales Analyst (Walmart)

Location: Hybrid role based in Rogers, Arkansas, with three days per week in the office; limited travel or visits to external locations.

Salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Use sales, consumer, syndicated, and panel data to develop actionable insights and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Identify key volume drivers, communicate material needs, and create customer-specific selling stories for the Walmart business.
• Manage line reviews, post-event tracking, performance updates, standard operating procedures, and category and business reviews.
• Analyze merchandising events across compliance, execution, consumption, and value, providing actionable points of view.
• Ensure customer, consumer, and category insights are delivered accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, retail, supply chain, and Data & Analytics teams on reporting and tool development.

Requirements

• Corporate sales experience with knowledge of business processes and category management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within a customer business team and applying a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work a salaried, exempt schedule in a normal office environment and operate a computer for approximately 100% of the work schedule.

Nice to have

• Power BI development experience, including report and dashboard creation.
• Desire to expand capabilities with Circana, Numerator, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Subject matter expertise in storytelling, visualizations, data literacy, or analytical processes.
