Retail Facilities & Maintenance Senior Specialist (Retail)

Location: Annecy or Paris preferred; other locations across Europe may be considered for candidates with convenient access to an international airport. Approximately 50% travel across the EMEA region is required.

What you will do

• Define and implement the retail maintenance strategy across the European store network.
• Build and manage a network of contractors and service providers across EMEA.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, repairs, and facilities projects across multiple stores.
• Develop and improve maintenance standards, processes, guidelines, reporting, and documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance, track budgets, and drive operational improvement.
• Support store operations with responsive solutions while maintaining safe, compliant, and attractive retail environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in a retail environment, preferably supporting high-street, outlet, or shopping-center stores.
• Experience managing multi-site operations across several European countries.
• Master’s degree in maintenance management, project management, business management, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English and French are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, general building maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance reporting tools.
