Program Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex oncology programs in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to improve program efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in program management and successful delivery of large-scale projects.
• Senior global clinical project or program management experience in oncology is required.
• MSP experience is required.
• Expertise in project management tools, methodologies, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
