Senior Biotechnologist Associate II (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Support the safe and compliant execution of GMP manufacturing operations.
• Partner with customer and internal teams on technical transfer and process implementation.
• Train, mentor, and support colleagues on equipment, systems, and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment, systems, and process challenges while supporting production documentation and electronic batch record review.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a science-related field is preferred.
• Significant experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous learning.
