Laboratory Support Technician (Biotechnology)

Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States; on-site role

What you will do

• Prepare and assemble materials and components used in ELISA kits.
• Mix and prepare reagents, buffers, and solutions according to established procedures.
• Label, package, and organize kit components for batch production.
• Follow batch records, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and perform basic quality checks.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to complete manufacturing activities accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
• Ability to follow standardized procedures and protocols with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 lb.
• Work must be performed on site in Eugene, Oregon.

Nice to have

• One to two years of experience in manufacturing, production, laboratory, or a related environment.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience maintaining documentation, performing quality checks, and working in a quality-focused environment.
