Affiliate Revenue Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Drive affiliate revenue by reactivating dormant partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and negotiating exclusive commercial terms.
• Build and scale a TradFi affiliate vertical by acquiring and managing forex, CFD, and commodities broker partnerships using CPA and RevShare models.
• Expand affiliate partnerships in priority markets, including Japan and the CIS.
• Coordinate affiliate content production and integrate affiliate links across editorial content.
• Manage the affiliate advertising infrastructure in AdButler, including campaign setup, placements, banners, naming conventions, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Analyze traffic sources, audience segments, geographies, conversion patterns, and funnels to improve CTR and affiliate performance.

Requirements

• Around three years of experience in affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, or affiliate business development.
• Hands-on experience with partner negotiations, affiliate placements, analytics, banner management, and end-to-end ownership.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnership deals.
• Knowledge of crypto, forex, and traditional finance, with an established network among affiliate managers at exchanges, brokers, or crypto platforms.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, attribution models, ad servers, EPC and conversion-rate analysis, SEO, WordPress, and AI content tools.
