About the Role

You will own the work required to grow the platform. You will build and scale acquisition activation retention and referral loops, run growth experiments from idea through iteration, collaborate with product and engineering on product-led growth, create programs for traders and creators, and lead partnerships, content, community, and event growth.

Requirements

• Personally found and scaled growth channels
• Strong judgment in analyzing funnels identifying constraints and choosing experiments
• Product sense around onboarding social features and incentives
• Speed and autonomy in an early-stage environment
• Understanding of traders online communities and onchain markets
• Track record of measurable growth for a consumer fintech gaming or social product

Responsibilities

• Own the work required to grow the platform
• Build and scale acquisition activation retention and referral loops
• Run growth experiments from idea through launch measurement and iteration
• Work directly with product and engineering on product-led growth
• Build programs for traders creators clans and live competitions
• Own partnerships content community and event growth
