Ground System Security Design Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire, Portsmouth or Stevenage, United Kingdom; hybrid working available

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end cyber security support for projects.
• Analyze functional needs and establish criticality levels.
• Define security protection concepts and manage project risks.
• Coordinate activities across disciplines within the overall security architecture.
• Protect spacecraft control centre systems and satellite communications infrastructures.
• Manage projects, tasks and deliverables in line with hirify.global business processes.

Requirements

• Must have or be able to obtain UK Eyes Only SC Security Clearance through the UK Intelligence Community process.
• CISSP and CISM accreditation.
• Experience working in a secure environment.
• Knowledge of Solaris, Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco infrastructures.
• Working knowledge of JSP440.
