What you will do

• Support the coordination, planning, and deployment of training plans.
• Manage internship and scholarship activities and schedule interviews.
• Contribute to HR improvement projects.
• Develop presentations, information materials, indicators, and reports.
• Update HR department databases and file documentation.
• Receive calls and support employees with HR-related requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations or Psychology.
• Negotiation-level English required.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
• Recent graduate or student interested in developing a career in the aeronautical sector.
