Scientific AI Solutions Engineer (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Engage directly with customers onsite a couple of days per week in the Frankfurt Region to understand scientific data challenges.
• Design and implement extensible data models and Python-based parsers to organize scientific data.
• Integrate lab software (ELN/LIMS) via APIs and develop data visualization applications using Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with scientists and AI engineers to develop and deploy ML/AI models.
• Programmatically interrogate proprietary instrument output files to drive solution development.
• Communicate progress and deliver regular demos to customer stakeholders.

Requirements

• PhD with 4+ years or Masters with 8+ years of industry experience in life sciences with domain knowledge in drug discovery or preclinical development.
• Proven track record of implementing AI/ML-driven use cases in cloud environments.
• Business proficiency in German (C1 level) is required.
• Must have existing work authorization in Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work onsite in the Frankfurt region multiple days per week.
