What you will do

• Analyze, document, model, and validate existing finance processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate finance operations.
• Create interactive digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
• Ensure training materials are accessible, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Develop monitoring and reporting frameworks for finance process performance indicators.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights supporting process improvements.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.
• Experience creating digital content and e-learning materials.
• Familiarity with performance management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in an international context.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of finance-domain business processes.
• Experience in business process improvement and transformation.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Understanding of change management principles.
• Advanced English.
