Global Sales & Operations Planning Leader (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate unit-specific and cross-unit projects to improve On-Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, Lead Time, and Plan Accuracy.
• Design and implement the operations-side S&OP process, focusing on Supply Planning and demand-supply reconciliation.
• Govern stakeholder engagement, process responsibilities, the monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat, KPIs, reporting, reviews, and approvals.
• Develop the S&OE process and connect it with S&OP to improve fulfillment of global customer demand.
• Analyze S&OP and S&OE performance, identify root causes of underperformance, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Act as an S&OP and S&OE subject matter expert, assess and benchmark processes, train and coach the Planning & Fulfillment community, and support IBP-related tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, with more than five years of SCM or Planning & Fulfillment experience.
• Proven experience implementing and improving Sales & Operations Planning and Planning & Fulfillment processes.
• Strong expertise in Planning and Disposition, S&OP, S&OE, and Supply Planning.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP WM, plus experience with advanced planning tools such as SAP APO or Anaplan.
• Experience applying Project Management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, with leadership across teams and limited formal authority.
• Strong English communication skills, consulting and facilitation skills, customer focus, and the ability to work in a global organization.
